Kelli has 11 years of experience as a Paramedic and is certified by the American Heart Association in CPR. She loved helping others in the conventional healthcare environment, and the adrenaline didn't hurt either, but the time spent with patients was not long enough to affect lasting lifestyle changes. She knew helping others proactively would be more effective and decided to move in a different direction. When she moved to Florida, she fell in love with group fitness and became a Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Zumba® Fitness and Strong & Strength Training.
